Star Evolution USA LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Our Use of Copyrighted Material
We use images and quoted material for news reporting, commentary, and criticism, which we believe qualifies as fair use. Where required, we credit sources. If you own material that appears on our Site and believe it has been used improperly, please contact us.
2. Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our Site in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to Starevolutionus@gmail.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) where the material appears on our Site
- Your contact information (name, address, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question promptly and, where appropriate, notify the party who posted it.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
